    I ordered a jumpsuit, special delivery but a dress arrived! I have emailed but not received a response! Very disappointed!

    I ordered a dress for my fiancée on the 17th July 2017 and received a text advising the dress would be delivered today (20th July 2017) and giving me a link to UKMail. My fiancée needs the dress for the morning of 22nd July 2017 and the link originally advised the delivery has been delayed and contact the sender. It has now been updated to Item not received from Sender. Please clarify why it has not been received and when my fiancée will get her dress. Not good enough

    Hi I returned my item two weeks ago and still have not been refunded. My order number is 1430130 I have my receipt for postage also

    I’ve placed an order (order no. 1685234) for a £25 gift card. Please can you confirm that this will be received via an email? I need this to be printed before Christmas Day but haven’t received an email as yet??

    this is the most disorganised frustrating company I have ever dealt with.  They sent me an item in the wrong size with a handwritten sticker over the true size - obviously thought my size 10 daughter wouldn't notice it was a 16.  Then they just blank me.  I have sent it back along with an unwanted item and nobody is dealing with it.  Reading the above comments I am not alone.  

    Need to involve Twitter I think.  Maybe some complaints on social media will see some interest

    Don’t bother contacting these people they ignore you and then send an email stating nothing but lies!!! Will not be using this site again and advise other new users not to use

    They also send out duff reference numbers for items rand the post office yesterday with my order/reference number to be told there is no such number so was unable to track the item

    I will be leaving messages to warn anyone who awful the customer service it If they are quick enough to take your money then surely they should be quick enough to respond or refund your money!!!!
