    I ordered a jumpsuit, special delivery but a dress arrived! I have emailed but not received a response! Very disappointed!

    I ordered a dress for my fiancée on the 17th July 2017 and received a text advising the dress would be delivered today (20th July 2017) and giving me a link to UKMail. My fiancée needs the dress for the morning of 22nd July 2017 and the link originally advised the delivery has been delayed and contact the sender. It has now been updated to Item not received from Sender. Please clarify why it has not been received and when my fiancée will get her dress. Not good enough
