    I am returning my order and I don't know how to go about it.  I cannot find instructions on your websites. 

    My return is  a chiquita dress in navy and rose.  order no 0363781   cHQ-NARO

    im fed up trying to get information on how to return it it is not my style and too big.

    I see a common thread in the preceding customer comments!

    I requested to return order 0350971 (pair of vintage Levis shorts) seven days ago but still have not received a return authorisation number nor address to which the item should be returned. I contacted you on two further occasions via your website and email but have received no response.

    This is very frustrating and particularly poor service given your 14 day return policy.

    Please supply the required information without further delay.

    We emailed you on 18th June with the returns info, sometimes the emails can find their way into your junk items unfortunately.

    I have tried everything to get a returns address and still no joy. I have been only been sent 2 of 5 dresses i ordered and have been sent someone else's order. I want to return these items immediately so I can get a full refund.     Hi,

    I have also been trying desperately to get a Returns Authorisation number for a return I have requested. Your indication that you send this "immediately" is clearly incorrect and extremely misleading! I have tried through a number of means, yet your office do not appear to even acknowledge emails let alone reply! I'm not sure why this is so difficult? Perhaps Silkfred should consider reviewing their returns procedures? I mean, we buy from you not your supplier, so perhaps we should return to you? I would like to think that my poor experience has been due to the Bank Holidays, but judging by the comments on this thread that appears not to be the case. It's such a shame, because I love your website otherwise!

    Hi, I have emailed hello@silkfred.com twice and filled in the Contact form on the website twice but I have had no reply at all. When I log into My Account None of my purchases appear under My Orders. I need a Returns address for Order No 982845, Letitia Black dress. If I do not receive a reply I will open a dispute through PayPal later today otherwise (Friday 21 March 2017). Looks like you should be reviewing your returns process.
