Where is my order?

Your order will be dispatched to you as soon as it is ready. Some of our brands make your items to order, sometimes by hand & this can take time, but be patient, your unique piece will be worth the wait!

 You will receive an email when your item is dispatched & tracking details will be provided. Remember, your order may arrive in separate packages.

 Timescales for delivery are always displayed on the product page at the time of ordering, but if in doubt please get in touch.

    The above is an explanation of what should happen. People are only on this page when the above HASN'T happened. Suggest you display some instructions for that, would be less frustrating. I am waiting on a NDD, suppose to arrive today for a wedding tomorrow - not even received a tracking number.

    Sent an email last week saying I had not received my order, it was supposed to have been shipped 7/4/17.

    need to know where it is, ordered for my hols 3/5/17

    If I don't receive , please send me the return address, as I have seen that it takes an age to get a return label from yourself

    Silkfred i have submitted a request as to why i havent received my order over a week now.can i get my refund for my order if i cant get my order...very frustrating my order no.1061306

    I placed an order 10th may 1068448 I have still not received it and tracking number invalid. Money taken out account straight away but no order. I have emailed twice. It is for am event on Sunday. If I am not going to receive the order could I be refunded as it's looking like I'm going to have to buy something else. Can someone please contact me asap to let me know what's going on. It's very frustrating.

    I placed an order 1158164 (Rose-Ann Navy Heart Jumpsuit, size 6) on June 7th 2017 but still not received it. Please can you respond to me asap and tell me when it will be delivered? Thank you, Helen

    I ordered 1 x floral crochet off the shoulder top at £49 - text to say that it had been delivered today through my letter box or left with a neighbour - tracked via post office no FP792039636GB - came home today 4.00 pm and there has been been nothing left. I checked with my close neighbours and nothing left either.

    The full purpose of having a tracking number is that you obtain a signature. None the less I do not have £49 worth item. I left no instruction for it to be left with a neighbour.

    I ordered some earrings last week and and as I was not in they were delivered to a post office collection point and I collected them from there. I would have assumed they would have done the same for my top.

    I'm not happy as I was requiring the top for an event tomorrow - therefore unless you can obtain a signature I require a full refund as I will no longer require the item.

    My legal rights are that my contract is with you and not with the post office, I left no instruction for the parcel to be left with a neighbour as I am not on speaking terms with them. Therefore you are in breach of contract and I require a full refund.

    The more I read stuff like the above the more I hope you're not scamming me as I ordered my fiancée a dress which was supposed to have been delivered today (20/07/17) following a text I received but has not actually been received by UK Mail. This is needed by 22/07/17 - really not impressed!!!
