    Hi,

    order number: 1120927

    My order was placed on 26/05/17 and I was told it had been shipped on 27/05/17 and it has not arrived. It is needed urgently at it has been longer than the 2-3 working days (4 working days), I am wondering If you can tell me when it will be arriving.

    I placed an order on 11th July and received an email to say it had been dispatched on 13th, order number 1260483.
    It has not yet arrived and I have tried to track it and it just says that the URL can not be shown.
    Can you please tell me if this should have arrived by now?

    Morning, 

    I have emailed and messaged on here too but still no response, I ordered my dress on Monday 18th Dec 2017, I am unable to track this parcel as Royal Mail server is not working, can someone please tell me where my dress is and when I can expect it delivered, when I ordered it said in time for Christmas delivery by wednesday, I have had an email saying it was dispatched same day, but no update since :-(
