When will I be refunded?

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receipt of your return. Once processed you will receive an email confirming. Refunds are always processed back onto your original payment method.

    I wish to return my item , there is no facility to register my return on your site , I'm disgusted with the customer service as I have emailed twice and in response got a generic email requesting my view to your customer services ?I WANT MY
    MONEY BACK !!! £48 pounds !! If I don't here from u I will report the site to trading standards and the police as this is theft !

    Hello, 

    Regarding my order number: 1106981

    I have only been partially refunded in my account even though all items were sent back together. I am unsure of the reason behind this and unsure why I have not been refunded the whole amount.

    Just to confirm, you were refunded £42 on 28/10/2017 and £42 on 02/11/2017.

    Hi there,

     

    I ordered two items on 30 October 2017 on order number 1523824 ("Order 1"). These were two of the same tops in Navy just in different sizes. There total cost of the order was £60.

    I ordered two items on 3 November 2017 on order number 1534055 ("Order 2"). These were two of the same tops in Black again just in different sizes. The total cost of this order was £70.

    I requested a refund online for both items on Order 1 and the authorisation code received was RV4HFC0G. The total refund should therefore have been £60.

    I requested a refund of one of the items on Order 2 and the authorisation code received was 6ZK15UI7. The total refund should therefore have been £35.

    In total, I should have been refunded £95.

    I sent all three items back in the same packaging on 9 November 2017.

    I have, however, received an email today to say that I have only been provided with a partial refund of £30, which is a refund for only one of the items on Order 1. Given that both items on Order 1 were returned together, I am therefore confused as to why I have only received a partial refund, rather than a refund of the entire £60. I am also confused as to why the item returned from Order 2 has not been processed either.

    Could someone please look into this as soon as possible and advise when the refunds for the remaining two items will be processed and the additional £65 refunded to me?
