I am a first time (and possibly last time) user. I paid £8.00 which is a hefty fee for next day delivery as I am going to Wimbledon for two dresses to be delivered to my work address. One item arrived next day but the other did not with absolutely no note about it. I have emailed you twice and have received no replies. I have tracked my item and it is only with S.Midlands post office on 4 July. The outfit is not going to arrive to me today so therefore I don't have it for the event.
